riage is generally known as Nikah. Nikah is a social agreement involving two persons - a man and a woman for marital life. It is regarded as a bond of an enduring nature. The Muslim wedding is all about celebration, joy and holy bonding. Preparations have to be made much before the wedding day and the first step towards preparing for the wedding is the printing of the cards. The invitation need to be given for two special events that comprise of a Muslim wedding. These are:
• Nikaah and • Valima The family of the bride orders for the Nikaah cards whereas the Vlima cards are ordered by the family of the bridegroom.
